Gatlinburg Overlook Sunrise Proposal Instructions

Once you arrive, walk to your left (facing the mountains). Go around the fence to the grass area, and walk to the middle of the open area. Do not stop right away, there is a huge rock with graffiti that will be in the way if you don’t walk far enough. 

I will be in my car (gray Subaru Forester), waiting for you to arrive. I will be getting in the position once i see you walking towards the spot.
Once you are at the spot, do not worry about my position. Just make sure that your girlfriend is turned with her back towards the sunrise and mountains, so i can see her face well and can document her reaction.
Stay down on one knee longer than you feel you need to. This is just such a cute pose to capture her emotions!
